VisionCare Eye Specialists supports electronically secure referrals via iCare Oculo and Healthlink.
Alternatively, a VisionCare Referral Form can be completed by clicking the Referral Form on this page.
Valid referrals are accepted directly by emailing reception@visioncare.au
To assist our team with efficient and appropriate triaging of patients, referrals should include:
relevant patient details
clinical history
all relevant imaging (where available)
For urgent cases, indicate this priority on the referral. Our team will acknowledge receipt and contact the patient to arrange appointments.
